Architectural water features repair/maintenance/installation foreman

Duties: Supervise other technician for various projects; Conduct maintenance, repairs and installations for Architectural water features; Conduct site visit on construction sites during the construction stage for architectural water features equipment installations; Conduct troubleshoot for completed projects; Communicate with clients on a regular basis on the progress of the project; Inspect all equipment   before sending on sites;   Communicate with suppliers on warranty issues; coordinate and schedule activities of relevant workers; train relevant workers; may help hire relevant technicians; may be responsible to purchase necessary tools and equipments to carry out the above works.
