Apprentice Service Technician

Ryan Vending is growing our team, and we're looking for a full-time Apprentice Service Technician to join our team in Coquitlam. Our Service Technicians are professional, dynamic problem-solvers who keep our machines working properly and make it possible for us to do what we do. There are two sides to this role: work in our shop and remote service calls. Whether in-shop or on-site, you'll be diagnosing broken equipment, replacing broken parts, testing equipment, documenting findings and reporting back to the customer - all while keeping the focus on providing excellent customer service. If you enjoy figuring out how things work, troubleshooting and fixing things, then this could be a great fit. What We Look For * Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract * Flexible, able to adjust to a changing work schedule including some weekends and on call * Solid verbal and written communication skills in English - general computer skills an asset * Physically capable - able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly * Troubleshooting/mechanical skills * Basic plumbing and electrical skills * Ability to understand parts and wiring diagrams * Professional attitude and customer-service focused approach * Team player with a resourceful, "can-do" attitude * Bondable Interested?
