Administrative Supervisor & Customer Service Supervisor

Administrative Supervisor Position requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in administrative experience is required (1 year experience preferred); Completion of college diploma or university degree is required; If a candidate only has a secondary education, the candidate must prove at least 2 years of experience in administrative field. Main duties: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the administrative clerks; Train, discipline and assign duties to administrative clerks; Review documents and files to ensure all administrative tasks are completed without any errors and completed on time; Override, sign files for administrative clerks; Make evaluation reports for the manager to review Hourly wage offered: $32~$33 (Depending on experience) Working hours: 30~40 hours/week Customer Service Supervisor Position requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in customer/client service or related experience is required (1 year experience preferred); Completion of college diploma or university degree is required; If a candidate only has a secondary education, the candidate must prove at least 2 years of experience in customer service field.
