Permanent, full time (40 hours per/week)

Wage - $ 23.00 per/hour
Requirements: Good English, previous clerical experience 1-2 years
Education: Secondary school.

Main duties:
Provide administrative and clerical support to management;
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system, co-ordinate the flow of information;
Assist with generating/reviewing reports, invoices, purchase logs etc.;
Take responsibility for sorting, filing and storing data using computer software;
Conduct telephone conversations and answer calls;
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings;
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
