Acupressure Therapist & Customer service Supervisor

STT Oriental Medical Centre specializes in reflexology, Chinese herbal medicine, acupressure and acupuncture. We are currently looking for a full time staff to work with us. Acupressure Therapist The successful candidate will be performing the following duties: Diagnose patients' health problem and find the cause of the symptoms and apply acupressure therapy to patients to relieve problem; Apply acupressure to patients to relieve symptoms, pain, muscle problems based on the diagnose and information given by the patients; After the acupressure therapy, leave memo for patient's 'condition and pass it to the receptionist for rescheduling the acupressure therapy sessions if necessary Position Requirements: Completion of traditional Chinese medicine program in recognized medical training school, College or University in Canada or Outside Canada; previous experience as an acupressure therapist or completion of the training in other Chinese medicine centre is required Hourly Wage: $27.50~$28.50/hour (Depending on the experience) Weekly working hours: 30 hours~40hours/week (Full time) Customer service Supervisor The successful candidate will be performing the following duties: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service clerks; Schedule and train customer service clerks for customer policies/manuals, service procedures, ways of serving customer inquiries; Evaluate and discipline customer service clerks and ensure they follow procedures; Answer customers questions about the company's service; Ensure all customer service clerks manage the customer accounts in appropriate ways; Solve any customers complaints; Oversee the customers' accounts Position requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in customer/client service or related experience is required (1 year experience preferred); Completion of college diploma or university degree is required; If a candidate only has a secondary education, the candidate must prove at least 2 years of experience in customer service field.
