There is in-suite laundry, one bathroom and a balcony for summer sun-soaking. There is also locked bike storage, underground parking for 1 car and free street parking. Cats and dogs both allowed, no size restrictions. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family. Preference to tenants interested in a furnished place but I can easily accommodate interests for partially furnished. Wall colors can be changed in order to make it your own! The place is located a few blocks away from Cambie St and Broadway and is very well connected (corner stop to UBC, 7 min walk to Skytrain, 15min to downtown).
