Lift is functional: both the adjustable leg width and the lift up/down function work as they should, although the hand controller does not. Lift is operated from the front panel . It has the cosmetic appearance of a used item. Included with the lift are two battery packs: one battery pack is pretty much dead and the other one, while functional, is headed in that direction. I can procure replacement batteries for you if desired for just the cost of items/delivery. A bit about the brand: BHM was aquired by Arjohuntleigh at some point and the BHM Ministand lift was redesigned as another model. The Sara3000 appears to be the closest to the Ministand. Included is a link for your reference.
