Administrator - St. John the Divine, Maple Ridge 16 hours per week, Monday-Friday The successful candidate must have a grade 12 education,supplemented with a min. two years post-secondary education or equivalent training in office administration. Our next Parish Administrator must have proven strengths in effective time management; accuracy and attention to detail; strong computer skills â€" particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), internet search engines, website maintenance; and effective multitasking. In addition, excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team; demonstrating mature judgment & emotional maturity; communicating with discretion, and maintaining confidentiality when appropriate are essential.
