$850 per month + $40-$50 per month for internet + Hydro every two months My younger brother is moving out next month and I'm now looking for somebody to take his place in the large bedroom suite upstairs ideally for April 1st. It's a small laneway house on the corner of Windermere & Grant street, right next to East 1st. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, the shower is in the upstairs bathroom next to the bedroom, and in the upstairs hallway we have our very own washer & dryer machines. You're also welcome to use the workout bench if you like. The room you'd be renting is quite spacious and has its own closet. Some caveats with the 'no pets/no smoking' rules, that mainly applies to dogs & cats, have a very slight allergy to both. But if you have smaller pets like a hamster or lizard or something that would be fine. If you're a smoker I would simply ask you smoke outside the house. I work in the film industry day and night, Monday through Friday.
