The 120v Ecosmart instantaneous hot water tank heats the water to comfortable hand washing temps and waste water is stored in the built in reservoir until it needs to be emptied. Water is pumped at 40psi by a self priming 120v pump that is activated by pressure drop. These sinks are very high quality and very low maintenance.
