Dear Kind People I am helping my friend, a Senior in her 70s, in the search for a NEW apartment. *** She is very clean, quiet, and friendly. She is a meditator and a Buddist nun who does a lot of good work in the community. Her current apartment has several problems and is negatively impacting her health so she needs to move as soon as possible. She doesn't own much stuff, so a private space in a house or a laneway apartment would be ideal. Seeking Studio/Bachelor apartment: - With private entrance - Must be a quiet home/area - Must be above ground & self-contained - Must be clean, no mold, no bedbugs etc. - Prefer furnished, semi-furnished !! Important !! = She wants to be close to Nature as much as possible (Tree hugging is important to her!!!) = She can afford up to $900/mth, util included. = She has a STABLE income (including government assistance) and can provide references.
