Retail store manager

Retail store manager Position Summary: 1.Manage, plan and oversee the store operation; 2. Evaluate and discipline employees in the store; 3. Ensure stock level and determine the products and quantities to keep in stock;4. Solve customer complaints and override any refund, exchange or cancellation of orders; 5. Analyze and monitor competitors strategies; 6. Analyze sales level of the store to report to directors of the company; 7. Plan and review budgeting; 8. Establish store policies and manuals for the employees to follow 8. Work with marketing personnel for marketing & promotion strategies Qualifications for the position: 1. Completion of college diploma or higher education is required (Business or commerce is preferred) 2.
