$420 · I need help deleting game modifications

An ex friend of mine was originally trying to help me put mods on my computer for a few games (ie; fallout 4 and skyrim), boasting about how he'll be able to make it work. We had a falling out half way through and I have no idea how to get the mods off. My games keep crashing so they are unusable. Can someone with tech knowledge help me out?
