Warehouse staff & Customer service Supervisor

Wah On Stone Co., Ltd is currently hiring and we have 2 positions available at the moment.

Title: Warehouse staff

Duties: Organize raw materials and finished products in the warehouse; Handle shipping and receiving in the warehouse; Monitor inventory level in the warehouse
Requirements: Able to lift more than 30lbs
Wage offered: $12~$14/hour
Weekly working hours: Flexible (Part time or Full time)

Title: Customer service Supervisor
Supervise, train and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service clerks; Coordinate and monitor the customer orders and services being serviced by customer service clerks; Ensure that all customer service clerks follow the company policy and customer service manual during serving customers; Ensure all products deliver to the client in good condition, and communicate with customers if there is any issue with the products; Serve customers and answer questions regarding their orders they made, and give quotes for the new orders and recommend products to customers
College diploma or university degree is required (Preferred to be business, hospitality management, economics, customer service field); Minimum of 1 year customer service related experience is required
Person whoonly has secondary diploma needs to prove experience of 2 years or more in customer service field
Wage offered: $25~$26/hour
Weekly working hours: 30~40 hours/week
