Sales Manager Opportunity

Sales Manager Opportunity Duncan Hyundai are currently accepting applications for a Sales Manager Position. We are searching for someone with previous experience or the drive and ambition to move to the next step in their career. We need someone that has a strong knowledge of structuring new and used vehicle transactions, selling vehicles as well as a familiarity and understanding of products sold in the Financial Services Office. Experience within both the Sales and Financial Services Office is an asset; however, the successful candidate must demonstrate commitment to a great customer experience. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: * Inventory management / ordering new vehicles * Assisting in Financial Services office practices and profitability * Ensure Sales procedures and processes are in compliance with company practices and policies * Train and coach Sales Consultants * Delivery Scheduling * Serve as a main contact for dealer trades * Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports and data analysis * Experience in using PBS DMS application is an asset * Strong reporting and analytical skills * Experience in using Dealer Track The position comes with excellent earning potential with an uncapped bonus scheme As we only look for the best, a clean driver's abstract and spotless criminal record check is a must.
