We are looking for a Front-End Manager to lead our cashiers in continually raising the bar to respond to the changing expectations of customers.
As the Front-End Manager, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable customer shopping experience by ensuring that the checkout and customer service areas operate efficiently with friendly and informed staff. You will take ownership to ensure quality standards are maintained, accurate scheduling, customer traffic flow at the front of the store is monitoring and everything else required to run a successful team.

Minimum 2 years' experience managing a team of 10+ people
