Receptionist - Vancouver

The Receptionist opportunity...

-Answer and properly direct a high volume of phone calls
-Greet and direct guests at the front door
-Order and maintain office supplies (spend it like it's your own)
-Act as point of contact for support services (ie - WA2, Staples, Custom Air etc.)
-Maintain employee vacation calendar
-Maintain office birthday calendar
-Load/unload dishwasher as needed
-Set up boardroom for meetings and clean afterwards (arrange for catering where necessary)
-Support Office Manager with researching and scheduling building maintenance
-Support Accounts Receivable by folding and mailing invoices
-Assist HR Director in event planning, research and execution

What you bring to the table...

-Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or front desk role
-Excellent phone manners
-Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks
-Ability to multi task
-Ability to offer empathy and diffuse difficult situations
-Strong interpersonal skills and be a leader in setting a positive tone for the office
-Solid computer skills
-Must be organized with a keen eye for details
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
