We are currently looking for the following positions:
To be a qualified purchasing officer:1.College diploma or University degree in Business, Economics or related discipline is required. 2. Minimum 1 year purchasing clerk, purchasing officer, purchasing manager orother purchasing related experience is required. 3. Must be able to speak, read and write in English with good communication skills is required. 4. Able to work in flexible hours in order to communicate with the manufacturer and suppliers abroad 5. Foreignlanguage ability is preferred but not required
Position Duties & Responsibilities:1. Purchasecabinets and building materials/products from local and overseas 2. Monitor price change for each product or material, and negotiate price, purchase terms, shipping methods and other purchase terms in the purchase agreement with suppliers. 3. Communicate with other departments to monitor stock availabilityand forecast of usage of each product/material in order to prepare order list. 4. Purchase the right level of quantity 5. Monitor the market price of the products. 6. Communicate with customers regarding customized materials/products and make sure to purchase the right items.
Compensation$30~$32 (Depending on the qualifications and years of experience)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week (Full time)
Stock Keeper (Warehouse)
To be qualified stock keeper:Secondary education is required, Previous experience as a stock keeper or warehouse position is preferred.
Position duties & Responsibilities: 1. Keep stocks in the appropriate location 2. Check inventory levels and communicate with the manager 3. Handle shipping and receiving
