Warehouse Staff

Duties
Organize shipments/products in the warehoues; Handle shipping and receiving; Check inventory levels
Requirements
stable and hard working with good attitude, secondary school diploma preferred
Compensation: $13~$15/hour
Work hours: 30~40hours/week
2 Weeks paid vacation





Purchasing Officer:

Duties

Purchase of materials and parts from suppliers and manufacturers for service; Communicate with the warehouse for availability for each item, and order parts; Prepare order lists in advance and ensure we have enough stock level for each part and items; Order special materials and parts if there is any special orders from customers; Determine items to purchase and quantity level; Communicate with suppliers occasionally to monitor price change, item availability and update recent price list for each item; Negotiate and determine purchase contract with suppliers and manufacturers; Administer shipping and ensure all orders arrive on time; Build and develop long-term business relations with suppliers; Assess and evaluate current suppliers and potential suppliers in terms of supplying prices and item compatibility and quality

Requirements:

College diploma or University degree in business, commerce, economics or related field to our industry is required; Minimum 6 months purchasing experience is required; Should be able to work flexible hours to be adaptive to oversea time zone; Should be able to travel overseas if necessary

Compensation: $30.00 to $31.00/hour
Work hours: 30~40hours/week
2 Weeks paid vacation
