Hi, my name is Colin, a little bit about myself, I'm a 27 year old christen male. I am currently seeking accommodation for me and one very well behaved female cat. Not picky on location. Not looking for a roommate situation at all, sorry. I need my own place, my own space. A basement suite or something along this line would be fine, it does not have to be huge or anything like that. Furnished or not is fine with me but I would prefer something Furnished as I don't have much stuff. I am a clean and tidy tenant, I do not use drugs or smoke or have party's or play loud music. I'm currently on PWD, Disability so the rent would be paid direct to you each month. I'm defiantly looking for something long term as I hate moving. I would not have people over very often or for very long but sometimes it is nice to have friends over from the church and visit and have coffee. I'm looking for something that is all inclusive. Internet, cable, Heat, hot water and Laundry would be great. I can afford upto $420.00 per month all inclusive. As I still have to live on what little is left. I will buy my own food etc. I'm looking for something ASAP, for Feb 1 as I am currently staying at a homeless shelter and want to get out of there ASAP.
