LaBelle Supply Co. Ltd. is a family based business located in Burnaby, BC. Since 1948, LaBelle Supply Co. Ltd. has successfully serviced the prosthetic, orthopedic, shoe repair and shoe store industries throughout Western Canada.

About the Role
This is a newly developed position for us at LaBelle Supply Co. It has been created to increase our customer support to local and non-local customers. The intent of the customer support is to engage customers, meet their needs, generate sales, build our customer base and retain our current customer.
This position will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our customer base through inside and outbound sales.
Tasks include and are not limited to: meet with on-site customers and fill their order, take in coming customer calls and provide product and service information, some cold calling, maintain incoming and outgoing emails, converse with customers on a daily bases, set-up and work 2-3 trade shows per year and assist with inventory. In addition to local sales meetings, there is traveling up to 8 days a month to meet with clients face to face. Travel is between BC and Alberta areas and expenses and car will be covered.
The successful candidate will have a keen interest in sales, building new relations and maintaining existing customer relations. They will have administrative skills, be; organized, detailed and have exceptional communication skills. They'll strive to be the best at what they do, and come across as genuine and knowledgeable with a casual yet professional demeanor. Must be able to travel via car to Alberta and Saskatchewan.
