Head Cook (Full-time, Permanent)
Togo sushi Richmond is looking for Japanese Food Cook to join us.
Position: Cooks (Full-time, Permanent)
Working location:#2010-6060 Minoru Blvd, Richmond, BC V6Y 2V7
Compensation: $19.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (including weekends, min 35hrs/week)
* Prepare sushi, sashimi and other Japanese dishes.
* Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food display.
* Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
* Clean, cut, carve, season, cook, and arrange portions of foods.
* Uphold and maintain food safety, high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
* Train and supervise kitchen staff to improve their culinary skills on preparing Japanese cuisine.
* Completion of secondary school education
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage field
* English is must.
