Food Service Supervisor

Employer: Hachi Hana Japanese Restaurant Position: Food Service Supervisor, Full time, Permanent Salary Rate: $14.00 per hour / 35~40 Hours per week Work Location: 1426 Lonsdale ave North Vancouver, British Columbia V7M 2J1 Canada Start date: as soon as possible Duties: * Estimates and orders ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation * Make sure food and service to meet quality control standards * Keeps records, such as amount and food stock, maintenance, sales, and wastage * Train staff engaged in dealing food in job duties and sanitation * Prepares work schedules of employees who prepare and serve food * Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees who prepare and serve food * Arrange order summaries for kitchen staff if needed Qualifications: - 1and half year or higher experience in food preparation or service - High School graduation or higher - Able to communicate in English - Available to work in evening and weekends If meeting the requirements indicated above, please send your resume by e-mail hachihanan2016@gmail.com
