Food Service Supervisor

"Hai Phong Vietnamese Kitchen" is looking for experienced Food Service Supervisor.  Position and Period: Food Service Supervisor, Permanent  Wage and working hrs: $13.00 ~$14.00 per hour and 35~40 hrs per week  Location of Job: 186 Keefer Place. Vancouver BC V6B 6L4  Start date: As soon as possible Main duties are - Schedule and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food - Estimate, order ingredients and supplies - Establish methods to meet work schedule - Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage - Train staff in food service in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures - Make sure food and service to meet quality control standards - Check records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage and maintain them Requirement: - 1 and half years or higher experience in food preparation or service - High School graduation or higher - Able to communicate in English - Able to work on weekends Are you interested in this position?
