Food Service Manager overseeing the food and beverage operations within two arena sporting facilities including concessions and bar. Duties will include ordering supplies, performing pregame setup and postgame cleanup, tracking inventory, readying of funds for deposit, and supervising other concessions employees.
Applicants should possess good oral and written communication skills, ability to supervise others, and understand the different types of equipment used in concessions. The ability to multi-task and train and develop members of our team. Minimum 3 years of related food service operations. Food Safe Level 1 and Serving it Right
