Title: Customer service Supervisor
Supervise, coach and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service clerks;
Coordinate and monitor transactions of the sales to customers;
Ensure that all customer service clerks follow the service policywhen serving customers;
Ensure customers are satisfied with our goods and service and they receive the products with good condition, and communicate with customers if there is any issue with the goods and services that we provided;
Solve any issues and complaints from the customers
College diploma or university degree is required (Preferred to be business, accounting, economics, customer service field).
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience is required
Candidates, with secondary diploma only, needs to prove experience of 2 years or more in customer service field
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
