Our company offers event planning services in a variety of sizes and themes, such as the Richmond Night Market Games and catering services like Bubble Tea Avenue. Customer Services Supervisor
Duties includes but not limited to:Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service clerks; Schedule and train customer service clerks for company policies, customer service manuals, service procedures, ways of responding to customer inquiries; Evaluate and discipline customer service clerks and ensure they follow the policies and procedures; Take service appointments from customers and answer questions regarding company's services for customers; Consult customers and help them plan the event; Assign one customer service clerk for each client for services;Solve any customers complaints arise in the company or via in person, phone and email; Obtain customer feedbacksafter the service is complete; Oversee the whole event procedures and ensure all the services are provided in the appropriate manner.
Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in customer/client serviceor related experience is required (Experience in event planning is preferred); Completion of college diploma or university degree is required (Complete a course in event planning or related field is an asset); If a candidate only has a secondary education, the candidate must prove at least 2 years of experience in customer service field.
Wage: $22.00 - $23.00 (Depending on the experience)
Working hours: 30-40 hours per week;
