Customer Service Supervisor To be a qualified candidate: Minimum six months' experience in customer/client service or related field is required. 2. Completion of college diploma or University degree is required. 3. If a candidates does not have college diploma or university degree, the candidate must prove at least 2 year experience in field of customer service As a customer service supervisor in Sager Education, your duties would be: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the receptionist and other customer service clerks in school; Oversee the school operation; Schedule, and train customer service clerk and instructors for their communications with customers, students and parents; Communicate with customers and answer questions regarding the school program and courses for the customer; Consult customers to find out the problem that they are facing, and give suggestions for the school program that they might be interested; Solve any customers complaints arise in school or via phone and email; Obtain customer feedback regarding company services and programs; Prepare customer feedback reports for the manager to plan better customer service policies; Working hours: 30~37.5 hours/week Wage offered:$25.00hour~$27.00/hour (Based on experience) Business location: #305-1549 Marine Drive, West Vancouver BC How to Apply Please apply via email ONLY: sagereducation@hotmail.com
