Customer Service Supervisor
Position Summary:
1. Supervise customer service clerks to make sure they provide appropriateservice for online shopping customers 2. Train schedule and discipline customer service clerks to provide high standard of customer service 3. Service customers and solve complaints if any 4. Evaluate customer service clerk's performance 5. Prepare reports for customer every clerk'sperformance for the manager to review

Qualifications for the position:1.College diploma or University degree is required. 2. Minimum 6 month experience in customer service is required. 3. For candidates only has secondary school diploma, the candidate must prove 2 yearsexperience in customer service. 3. Fluent in English and good communication skill is required
Wage offered: $25.00~$26.00/hourly (Wage offered may vary depending on the experience)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
