Customer Service Supervisor
To be a qualified Customer Service Supervisor in Wide Loyal: 1. at least six months' experience in customer/client service field such as sales supervisor/representative in retail or wholesale setting, retail supervisor or customer service supervisor is required (Preferred candidate to have at least 1 year supervisor experience). 2. Completion of college diploma or university degree is required (Preferred to be business, accounting, economics, customer service field). 3. If candidate does not have college diploma or University degree and has only high school education, must prove at least 1 year experience in customer/client service field.
Position Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the sales, customer service clerks; Oversee the overallsales team; Schedule, coach and train clerks for serving customers, responding to customer inquiries to ensure their behaviours comply with company policies; Serve customers and answer questions regarding company's services and products for customers; Consult customers and recommend products and service; Solve any customers complaints arise in the store or via phone and email; Obtain customer feedback regarding company services and products, prepare employee performance reports for manager to review;
Compensation$25.00~$26.00 (Depending on experience)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
