Customer Service Supervisor
Position Duties: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the receptionist and other customer service representatives in the company; Oversee the overallshop operation; Manage clients files, and assign files to customer service representatives; Train customer service representatives to serve clients for different services including ICBC claims, cash repairs and other related services; Take service appointments from customers and answer questions regarding the service; Consult customers for repair procedures; Help customers claim their repair cots to ICBC Solve any customers complaints arise in the store or via phone and email; Prepare reports for manager to review;
Qualified applicants Must haveminimum 6 months' experience in customer/client service is required; Completion of college diploma is required; High school graduates must prove 2 years of experience in customer service.
Position details:
Position Title: Customer service Supervisor (Full Time 30~40hours/week)
Wage: $22~$23/hour (Depends on the experience)
Location: 1245 Frances St, Vancouver, BC V6A 1Z4
Vacation: 10 days paid vacation will be provided
