Customer Service Supervisor
To be a qualified candidate: 1. Minimum six months' experience in customer/client service or related field is required. 2.Completion of college diploma or University degree is required. 3. If a candidates holds high school diploma only, the candidate must prove at least 2 year experience in field of customer service
As a customer service supervisor your duties would be:
Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service staff and sales staff; Schedule, and train customer service and sales staffto train them how to communications with customers, maximize sales, problem solving skills and dealing with complaints; Communicate with customers and answer questions regarding what company can offer; Consult customers to find out their needs, and give suggestions for our programs that they might be interested; Solve any customers complaints; Obtain customer feedback regarding their previous service with our company; Prepare reports for each customer service clerks for evaluation and discipline.
Working hours: 30~37.5 hours/week
Wage offered:$25.00hour~$26.00/hour (Based on experience)
