Maple Harvest International Group Ltd (Maple Harvest) is a leading international trading company having business relationship around the globe. Now we are looking for passionate people who would like to join our team. We have several opening positions:
Customer Service Supervisor (Full time)
Duties and tasks
Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service clerks; Schedule and train customer service clerks for customer policies/manuals, service procedures, ways of serving customer inquiries; Evaluate and discipline customer service clerks and ensure they follow procedures; Answer customersquestions regarding company's products for customers; Ensure all customer service clerks manage the customer accounts well; Solve any customers complaints; Oversee the customers' accounts
Minimum 6months experience in customer/client service or related experience is required (1 year experience preferred); Completion of college diploma or university degree is required; If a candidate only has a secondary education, the candidate must prove at least 2 years of experience in customer service field.
Compensation: $22~$23/hour
Working hours: 30~40hours/week
