Customer Service Supervisor
Position requirements:Completion of college diploma or university degree with Minimum of 1 year experience in customer/client service field is required(Customer service experience in retail or wholesale is preferred) OR Secondary school educationwith minimum of 2 year experience in customer/client service field is required
Position Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise and co-ordinate duties of the customer service clerks; Oversee the customer service team in the company; Train customer service clerks for serving customers and responding to customer inquiries; Serve customers and answer questions regarding company's services and products for customers; Consult customers and recommend products; Solve any customers complaints; Ensure positive customer feedbacks for the service;
Compensation$22.00~$24.00 (Depending on experience)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
