Modern Beauty Centre is a recognized professional skin care and body wellness centre that commits to restore and maintain the health of our customers' skin to its optimum level. Our company was found in 1995. Our services include body treatment, facial treatment, micro lifting, make up etc. Currently, we are seeking for a knowledgeable and experienced purchasing officer and customer service supervisor. Customer Service Supervisor
Your main duties will be:
Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service/sales clerks in the spa, and oversee the spa operation; Schedule, coach and train clerks for serving customers; Ensure customer service clerks followmanual and company policies when serving customers; Serve customers and recommend spa products to customers; Solve any customers complaints; Analyze customer feedback regarding company services and products; prepare reports for manager to review for customer clerks' peformance; Check inventory for the spa supplies and products;
Qualifications for this position:
Completion of college diploma or industry courses in customer service, hotel/spa management, hospitality or other customer service related field is required; Minimum six months' experience in customer/client service, spa management, hotel service/hospitality management or related experience is required;
Note: If candidate does not have college diploma or industry courses in customer service, hotel/spa management, hospitality or other customer service related field, candidate must prove at least 2years experience in customer service, spa management, hotel service/hospitality management or related experience.
Wage: $25-$26/hr (Depending on experience);
Working hours: 30- 40 hours per week;
