Customer Service Supervisor
Position requirements for Customer Service Supervisor
Minimum six months' experience in customer/client serviceor related experience is required (Experience in education field is preferred). 2.Completion of college diploma or university degree is required. 3. If a candidate only has a secondary education, the candidate must prove at least 2 years of experience in customer service field.
As a Customer Service Supervisor, your duties at Time Education would be:
Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the receptionists and other customer/client service staff; Oversee the overall operation of the company; Schedule, coach and train clerks for serving customers and handling client services, responding to customer/clientsinquiries and ensure they follow the company policies and customer service manuals; Answer questions regarding services we provide; Consult customers/clients and recommend the programs suitable for customers and clients; Solve any customers complaints arise in the company or via phone and email; Obtain customer/clients feedback regarding company services and prepare reports for manager to review;
Working hours: 30 hours to 40 hours/week
Wage offered: $22/hour~$23/hour (Based on experience)
10 days paid vacation will be provided.
