Position requirements for Customer Service Supervisor
Minimum six months' experience in customer/client serviceor related experience is required; Completion of college diploma or university degree is required;Ifa candidate only has a secondary education, the candidate must prove at least 2 years of experience in customer service field.
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you would be:

Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service clerks; Oversee the operation of the company; Schedule and train customer service clerks for serving customers, handling complaints and responding to customer/clientsinquiries; Ensure they follow the company policies and customer service manuals; Answer questions and inquiries regarding services that the company provide; Consult customers/clients and give them quotes for the service; Solve any customers complaints arise in the company or via phone and email;
Working hours: 30 hours to 40 hours/week
Wage offered:$22/hour~$23/hour (Based on experience)
10 days paid vacation will be provided.
