The qualified candidate for the position should have:
1. Minimum of 6 months experience in customer/client service field such as sales supervisor/representative,retail supervisor or customer service supervisor is required 2. Completion of college diploma or university degree is required (Preferred to be business, accounting, economics, customer service field). 3. If candidate does not have college diploma or University degree and has only high school education, must prove at least 2years experience in customer/client service field.
As a Customer service Supervisor in Max Group, your duties shall include following:
Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the sales, customer service clerks; train and override customer service clerks for serving customers, responding to customer inquiries to ensure good customer service is provided and comply with company policies; Serve customers and answer questions regarding company's services and products for customers; Consult customers and guide the client for their purchases; Solve any customers complaints arise during the transaction or via phone and email; Ensure the customer service clerks follow up with the clients after the transaction is completed
Wage offered: $25~$26 (Depending on experience)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week (Has to commit full time, 40hours preferred but negotiable)
Paid vacation: 10 days annually
