Customer Service Supervisor
To be a qualified Customer Service Supervisor: 1. at least 12 months' experience in customer/client service field such as customer service representative or reception in retail, service or wholesale settings 2. Completion of college diploma or completion of related industry courses is required 3. If candidate does not have college diploma or related (e.g. customer service) industry courses and has only high school education, must prove a minimum of 2 years experiences in customer/client service field.
Position Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks customer service clerks in the company; Schedule, coach and train clerks for serving customers, phone calls, responding to customer inquiries to ensure their behaviors comply with company policies and customer service standard set by the company; Serve customers for their inquires, answer questions, solve complaints and problem with the customers; Consult customers and recommend products and service; Collect and analyze customer feedback regarding company services and products, and apply this analysis to the training or discipline of the customer service clerks.
Compensation (Based on experience):$25.00~$26.00/hour
