To be qualified customer service supervisor:Minimum 1 year experience in field of customer service with Completion of industry courses or college diploma or University degreeis required; Note. High school graduates without post-secondaryeducation must prove multiple years of experience (Minimum 2 years) in customer service
Position duties & Responsibilities: Supervise and traincustomer service clerks; Assign duties to customer service clerks;Oversee and manage the customer accounts and ensure customers are satisfied with service provided by customer service clerks; Discipline and evaluate customer service clerks; Serve customers for their inquiries and questions and solve complaints; Communicate and follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with our service provided by our customer service representatives; Ask customers or their needs and recommend services to supply
Compensation$25~$26 (Depending on the qualifications and years of experience)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week (Full time)
