We're looking to sublet our studio apartment on the 4th floor of the Framework building (built in 2016) at 231 E Pender St in Chinatown. It's south facing and gets lots of light. At 500 sq ft, it's nicely laid out with a spacious kitchen with high-end appliances, concrete floors throughout, and a Juliette balcony overlooking Pender St in the heart of Chinatown. Availability: The apartment is available for two and a half months: Aug. 1 - Oct. 15. However, we have some flexibility around these dates, and could rent for just August and September. Amenities: Appliances include a dishwasher, a 5-burner gas stove, gas oven, fridge/freezer, tower fan, and washer/dryer in unit (no microwave). The apartment is furnished with a queen-size bed, expandable dining table with four chairs, kitchen island with two bar stools, couch, and lounge chair. We can leave the kitchen stocked with essential utensils and equipment if preferred. Wifi, electricity, and gas are included in the rent.
