I am offering a reduce or free rent on my cabin for someone who is a handyman or carpenter.
Needs deck repaired, dock, new windows, painted inside and out, new floors, remodel kitchen and bathroom, finish the downstairs....landscape...fencing.
aprox 6 month work minimum.
You must be physically fit and in shape please. SINGLE MALE ONLY!
Rent would be 200 a month (basically food) shared accommodation which would include everything plus meals. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Aprox 900sqft
Big screen TV with satellite
300 channels
..25 adult.

Looking for someone who is responsible and no teenagers please. Must be 420 friendly.
Because the cabin is small its only suitable for 1 other person.
