We are a multi-classed Yoga Studio offering Hot Yoga, Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Anusara Inspired Yoga, Family Yoga, Luna Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin / Yang Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Beginners Yoga. Our 1300 sq ft Yoga Studio area is done in Bamboo Floors (for Hygene reasons instead of carpeting),a brick wall with windows all reminiscent of a Manhattan Loft space overlooking a creek. A resource library where you can read Yoga picture books / magazines and a private teaching studio are on the main floor along with our 2, 000 sq ft ActiveWear Retail Clothing and Yoga Accessories.
