Hello people! My name is Ray! I have 18 years automotive experience, I service Domestic & Asian Import vehicles "No European vehicles".
What makes me different from other mechanics is I am a no non-sense kinda guy with a desire to make people happy. I try to make life a tiny bit more comfortable when unexpected vehicle breakdowns occur. I know that vehicle repairs are one of the biggest expenses in our daily lives, and while working for shops, I witnessed the rip off of customer's and not at only one shop!
This made me look for an independant way to help people with their automotive issues.
How We Operate:
I quote job costs from an estimating guide at my rates of course which are allot lower than the ($70 - $95hr shop rates). I quote the price before I even head out and the price will never be more than the quote guaranteed!
The customer is responsible for obtaining their own parts, I will let you know what you need and you can go to LORDCO and acquire the parts.
(Diagnostic Charge $65) Applies if I am required to come out and diagnose the problem you have. It covers my fuel & my time to perform the diagnosis.
PRE-SALE VEHICAL INSPECTION $95
If your considering a used vehicle purchase, by all means have it inspected! It's better to make an informed decision than to have problems arise after the point of sale.
